Our fundraising banquet designs can be customized to fit your needs. All text is fully customizable at no extra charge, and photos can be replaced to suit your needs (fees may apply).

Logos need to be 300 dpi (dots per inch) or vector. Logos downloaded from website normally will not be big enough for printing. If they aren't at least 250KB, then that's a good indicator that they are too small.

Invitation: is 5" x 7" printed in color on 1 side on 100# gloss cover with A7 envelope

Confirmation card: 4.125" x 5.5" printed in color on 1 side on 100# gloss cover with A2 envelope. (Please be sure to let us know if you will need to write on the confirmation card as the glossy finish may make writing difficult.)

RSVP Card: 4.125" x 5.5" printed in black ink on 2 sides on 80# uncoated cover with A2 envelope

Pledge Card: 4.125" x 5.5" printed in black ink on 2 sides on 80# uncoated cover with A2 envelope. (replace pledge card and envelope with a remittance style Pledge Envelope at no extra charge.)

Program: 8.5" x 11" folded to 8.5" x 5.5" printed in color on front and black on the inside on 80# gloss text. (Programs can be printed closer to time of banquet, allow 4 weeks for printing and delivery. Also available with blank inside for customization later - please let us know if you will be running them through a copy machine as paper choice may be affected. If you would like your program printed on a card stock to stand on the table, please let us know. Card stock is available for an additional cost.)

Please let us know if you need a custom package. We understand you may not need the same number of every item. Or if you need a quantity that falls between our standard price breaks, try our new digital option. These are available in all the same great designs, but printed digitally on 12 pt. cardstock without UV coating (invitations and confirmation cards).

Event Tickets

Add an upscale feel by passing out tickets to attendees. Choose from our standard 2" x 4" ticket or our perforated 2" x 5.5" ticket. Tickets are printed in full color on one side. (Tickets are printed on 14pt Gloss with UV coating unless otherwise specified. Tickets with numbers added will be printed on 100# gloss cover).

Podium Sign: $29.95

Podium signs are available in any size up to 12 x 18 mounted on heavy white card stock. (12 x 18 signs are no bleed, all smaller sizes can have color bleeding to the edge.)

Table Cards:

Table cards are perfect for identifying tables at your banquet. These cards are printed in full color on 100# card stock, and are available either as a 5.5" x 8.5" card folded to 4.25" x 5.5" OR as a flat 4.25" x 5.5" card. Both styles have the imprint visible on both sides.
