Am I Pregnant?

If you think you may be pregnant, make an appointment with Family Life Services for a free pregnancy test. It is important to get accurate results and talk to someone about your situation in a safe, confidential environment free of judgment.

What if I have a positive test at home?
It is still important to confirm your results. We provide free pregnancy tests that are more sensitive than most home pregnancy tests. Family Life Services can also provide you with proof of pregnancy and can schedule a free ultrasound to determine the date of conception and how far along you are in your pregnancy..

What's next?
If your test is positive, the next step is to schedule a free ultrasound.

What does an ultrasound do?
An ultrasound confirms that the pregnancy is developing normally. Ultrasounds are provided by a registered nurse or sonographer and reviewed by a doctor who can answer any of your questions. Confirming your pregnancy is the safest way to make a healthy, confident, and informed decision. Make an appointment for a free pregnancy test and ultrasound today.

What if my test is negative and my period doesn't start?
Please schedule a free re-test if your first pregnancy test is negative and your period doesn’t return. If you need resources for healthcare and doctors in the area, our clinic can provide you with referrals, just give us a call.

Proof of Pregnancy.
A proof of pregnancy form is required to apply for WIC or Medicaid (MOMS) in Michigan. If your test is positive, we can provide proof of pregnancy and help you apply for WIC and MOMS. If you have questions about the WIC or MOMS process, our client advocates would be happy to discuss the details with you. Make an appointment for a pregnancy test and a proof of pregnancy.

Family Life Services does not refer for abortion, which includes not providing a pregnancy verification of pregnancy form for abortion retention purposes.
