If you think you may be pregnant, or have had a positive result at home, make an appointment with Family Life Services for a free pregnancy test. It is important to get an accurate pregnancy test and talk to someone about your situation in a safe, confidential environment free of judgment.
An ultrasound confirms that the pregnancy is developing normally. Ultrasounds are provided by a registered nurse or sonographer and reviewed by a doctor who can answer any of your questions. Confirming your pregnancy is the safest way to make a healthy, confident, and informed decision. Make an appointment for a free pregnancy test and ultrasound today.
We highly recommend speaking with our Nurse Manager about prenatal vitamins and OB/GYN doctor care. Make an appointment today to discuss prenatal vitamins and fetal development with our Nurse Manager.
We do not currently provide STD/STI testing at Family Life Services; however, we can refer you to a medical facility that does. This is a service that we hope to offer in the near future at our center.
