Email is an easy and accurate way to place your order. Just be sure to include the following:
• Design #
• Quantity and options (e.g. color choices or multiple sizes)
• When you need them
• Any necessary text changes
• Photo or color changes (charges may apply)
• Billing Information
• Shipping information
• Contact Name/Phone number
3. Fax in an order form
Most items on our website have an order form available in our order form packet. Once you have faxed your order, we reccommend emailing the text for complex items like banquet packages or walk for life brochures for quickest turnaround and most accurate proofing.

If you have questions about your order or just feel more comfortable talking to a real person, feel free to call us and we will be glad to take your order over the phone. We will ask you to email us your text and any logos or images that may need to be included.
What to expect:
- We’ll send you a PDF proof for your approval before any customized item is printed.
- You can make changes and receive up to 3 proofs at no extra cost. (Additional proofs may incur fees.)
- Most items ship in about 10 working days after proof approval. Plan ahead to avoid rush fees.
- Shipping and Handling are additional on all prices listed. Prices are subject to change without notice.
